Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team.
Return and Refund Policy
We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: If the product is delivered with visible damage.
- Wrong Size/Colour: If the product received is of a different size or colour than what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Please provide clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect size/colour to assist with your request.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
- Provide Proof: Attach photographs showing the issue (damage, wrong size/colour).
- Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted for any other reasons besides damage or wrong size/colour.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
